We are continually striving to provide all students at UA a consistent, nutritionally balanced meal that meets the USDA standards.  We are making every effort to make sure that our online menus match the items that we serve daily.  Due to increased supply chain issues we may have to make changes periodically due to the availability of some items.  Our menus and any changes will be updated on our menu website.

Meal Accommodations for Students with Food Allergies or Special Dietary Needs

If your student has a food allergy or requires a meal accommodation due to a medical condition, a Medical Statement for Meal Accommodation must be completed and signed by your student's licensed physician or authorized healthcare provider.

Please return the completed form to the school's nurse as soon as possible so that appropriate meal accommodations can be arranged. A link to the Medical Statement for Meal Accommodation form is provided below.

Cafeteria Procedures

During breakfast and lunch, the cafeteria rules are as follows:
  • Form orderly, single-file lines while waiting to be served. Do not break into line or save places for others.
  • Leave tables in a clean, orderly fashion upon completion of breakfast and lunch. Trays and utensils are to be returned to designated areas and paper/trash picked up and discarded.
  • No food or drink is to be taken from the cafeteria.
  • Obey the directions of cafeteria supervisors and school staff.
  • Students may visit quietly with others seated at their table, but must not shout to students at other tables.
