Head Football Coach: Gilbert White

1st year as head coach

 

A Chicago Native attended Leo High School where I played football , basketball and track & Field. Earned under - Graduate from Millikin University in Sport Management. After graduating college I coached High school football for 6 years at MacArthur HIgh School in Decatur, IL. I moved on to continue my education and  Received masters degree in Sport Management from Missouri Baptist University where I was a graduate assistant, Coaching the defensive backs for 1 year. Moved to MacMurray College where we won 23 out of 29 over a three year span and produced a handful of all conference athletes from the defensive back positions. Spent a year at Graceland University as Special teams coordinator and defensive backs coach and 2 years at Highland Community College coaching defensive back the first year and Receivers the second year while both years being the special teams coordinator. Came to KC and SPent 2 years at Grandview as the special teams coordinator and DB Coach and 2 years at North kansas City high school as the defensive coordinator. Beginning my 18th football season as a Head Coach here at University Academy with the Co-Op!
