Charter cancellations need to be reported via email 48 hours in advance to Kendall Johnson, with the exception of Athletics who must notify John Gresham.
Charter requests must be submitted 2 weeks in advance.
If a third-party is paying, please email information to Kendall Johnson immediately.
All charters must leave the venue no later than 1:00pm unless given prior approval from Kendall Johnson or Superintendent.
If you no longer need the required amount of buses ordered, please inform Kendall Johnson 48 hours in advance.
