U.S. News and World Report awarded University Academy a bronze medal for
being one of the best public high schools in the country. Less than a
third of all schools receive this honor. The recognition comes from
student achievement scores, which have consistently place UA near the
top in the state of Missouri. Congratulations to the students, parents,
and faculty for this honor. A special thanks goes to Mr. Ukaoma, who
has been the principal for the past nine years. Last fall, he was named
the Missouri Charter School Leader of the Year.
